Non-funded children will be invoiced at the start of each new term. Payment can be made in two parts, at the start of term payable within 14 days from date of invoice and the second payment immediately after the half-term break. (However, we are happy to work with parents/carers to set up individual payment plans if required).
Funded children who are paying for sessions in excess of their 15 hours government funding will also be invoiced per session pro rata, but invoices may be delayed until after collation of the government funding declaration forms.

Absence
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given if your child is absent for any reason, including illness and holidays.
Terms & Conditions
We issue one reminder when fees remain outstanding after 14 days. If payment is not received we reserve the right to withdraw the child from their allocated session(s) until payment is settled. Please contact our Treasurer or Chairperson if you have any problems regarding your invoice or payments.
Fees are non-refundable for absences such as holidays and sickness, except in extreme circumstances such as hospitalization of the child. Children in receipt of Government funding are required to pay for any sessions over and above their funded entitlement of 15 hours.
Should you wish to withdraw your child from the pre-school, six weeks written notice is required to cancel a pre-school place and all the fee’s must be paid for this notice period, even if you do not send your child to Pre-School. The notice period also applies if you have been allocated and accepted a place at pre-school but do not join us as you may have taken a space that could have been allocated to another child.
